1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SessionWorth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SessionWorth is a suite of business pricing calculators built for creative professionals, including photographers, videographers, and wedding vendors. Our tools — available at sessionworth.com, sessionworth.com/video, and sessionworth.com/wedding — help users estimate profitable session and project rates based on their individual business costs, time investment, and income goals.

All calculations and recommendations produced by SessionWorth are estimates based solely on the data you provide. They are intended as a guide to inform your pricing decisions and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. SessionWorth makes no guarantee that any recommended price will result in a profitable business outcome.

3. User Accounts

Account creation and authentication are handled through Clerk. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

A single account grants access to all SessionWorth calculators and, if subscribed, to all Premium features across the platform.

4. Premium Subscription

Premium features — including unlimited saved calculations, PDF client proposal exports, the Annual Revenue Planner, and the Expense Log — require an active paid subscription. Two billing options are available:

• Monthly: $9.00 USD per month, billed every 30 days.
• Annual: $90.00 USD per year, billed once annually (equivalent to $7.50/month).

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and automatically renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain full access to Premium features until that date.

We do not offer partial-period refunds except where required by applicable law. Billing is processed securely through our payment provider and you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

One Premium subscription covers all calculators on the SessionWorth platform. You do not need separate subscriptions for the photography, video, or wedding calculators.

5. Free Tier and Advertisements

The core calculator tools are available free of charge without an account. Free-tier users may see third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. Premium subscribers are not shown advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising SessionWorth is owned by its creators and protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SessionWorth or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service or reliance on any pricing recommendations provided. SessionWorth is a tool to inform decisions, not a guarantee of outcomes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
